Intekai Evaluation Form

This evaluation helps us determine whether the Intekai WAVE System is the right fit for you.

WAVE is not a diet, challenge, or short-term program. It is a weekly adaptive system designed to retrain how your body interprets hunger, fullness, and fat loss signals over time.

The questions that follow allow us to understand:

  • How your body has responded to past weight-loss efforts

  • Whether your signals show patterns of metabolic disruption

  • How your hunger, energy, and timing currently behave

  • Whether you are ready for a structured, rhythm-based approach

There are no right or wrong answers. This is not a test.
Your responses help us decide:

  • If WAVE is appropriate for you

  • What level of support you would need

  • Or whether a different starting point would serve you better

The evaluation takes approximately 11–15 minutes to complete.
All responses are confidential and reviewed internally by the Intekai team.

If you are looking for a quick fix, rigid meal plan, or extreme restriction, this system may not be the right fit.
